South Students Highlighted in King 5 Story on Aviation Mechanic Careers

Journalist Glenn Farley with King 5 News recently reported that Boeing estimates the aerospace industry will need to fill 679,000 aviation mechanic positions over the next two decades (that's 33,000 new careers a year!), further proof that 
 training now for a career in this soaring industry can be the right call for you. 

The story features two current South Seattle College students who are studying to earn their FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses and working part-time at Alaska Airlines, positioning themselves for a quick transition into full-time employment 
 once they finish their program at South.
