Registration is Open for Spring Quarter 2021!
This is a reminder that Spring Quarter 2021 class registration is open for current students as of March 3 (new students will be able to register starting Monday, March 8). Below you will find advice and reminders on how to get registered with the launch of ctcLink, our new system for student self-service. Get registered now so you get the classes and times that work best for your schedule!
First Step: If you haven’t already, activate your ctcLink Account
You must activate your ctcLink account before registering for Spring Quarter classes. If you haven’t yet, activate your ctcLink account now. When you receive your new ctcLink ID number, be sure to write it down and keep it in a safe place. If you forget your ctcLink ID after you activate your account, you can retrieve your credentials by entering your SID and PIN at tools.seattlecolleges.edu/Initialize/mycredential_bySID.
Next Step: Get registered!
Read the Browse and Search for Classes Help Guide. This will help you become more familiar with the new registration system. Tutorials and step-by-step guides about how to enroll in a class and do other things using ctcLink are available on the ctcLink Resources for Students web page.
Note #1: With ctcLink just launching there are still a few problems being fixed. Some students have reported having trouble registering for classes using the desktop version of ctcLink. For now, we recommend using the mobile version (that can still be accessed on a desktop computer) at https://wa064.ctclink.us/.
Note #2: Course permission numbers (formerly known as entry codes) will be available when registration opens and can be obtained at your college in the same way they were previously available.
Tuition & Fee Charges
Please note the tuition deadline has been moved back to March 22 since there is a delay for students being able to use the new system to pay online. A fix is in the works and is expected by Friday, 3/5.
Help Is Available
- If you encounter problems activating your account, contact the IT HelpDesk.
